Chief Michel Callihoo signed Treaty 6 and Status Indians receive treaty annuity payments.
For Status members, fill out a Treaty Annuity Payment Request form. You will need a copy of your Certificate of Indian Status card or another form of government-issued ID. Direct deposit for treaty annuity payments is now available.
